Sweet and Sour bitter gourd chutney)


Bitter gourd Bellagayi (Sweet and Sour bitter gourd chutney)


Slice bitter gourd length wise and boil in tamarind water with salt. Boil until tamarind juice evaporates. Add jaggery, salt and one teaspoon red chili powder boil it until it thickens. We can add one t.able spoon fried bengal gram. It is optional.
