Lemon Chutney (Gojju)


Lemon Chutney (Gojju)
Cook 4 Ripe Lemons well. Remove the Seeds. Fry 1 Tsp of Jeera and 1 Tsp of Whole Peppercorn. Grind the fried ingredients along with the cooked lemon. Mix the ground paste with salt and jaggery per taste and boil for a few minutes. Lemon Chutney is ready.
